Scott Brown Cinnamon and nutmeg have been put aside. Pain D'Epices is noticeably more satisfying and delicious. We recently substituted it for cinnamon in our french toast egg and milk bath. The result is a definite step up over just cinnamon. Ready to buy again.

Yekaterina Lyon Where do I begin? This is now my substitute for anywhere I used to use cinnamon before. I am actually using it in more things: coffee, oatmeal, topping for yogurt, ice cream, cookies, and even moussaka. One of a kind!
